This Fitness program consists of two 30 minute Golf Fitness sessions per week for one month. The program is designed to train golf coordination, flexibility and balance in golf posture. Regardless to if you have a current golf instructor or not this program is designed for any golfer at every level and will show drastic improvements in golf performance.

Elite Golf Fitness Program (Birdie Package)
This Fitness program consists of two 30 minute Golf Fitness sessions per week for two months. The program is designed to train golf coordination, flexibility and balance in golf posture. Regardless to if you have a current golf instructor or not this program is designed for any golfer at every level and will show drastic improvements in golf performance.

This program lasts 3 months which includes 3D motion analysis before and after, TPI screen before and after, 18 Fitness sessions with your certified golf fitness instructor. Away swing the sole purpose of the away swing is to setup a powerful forward swing. The backswing should only have aggressive contractions in the feet, glutes and core muscles. The arms and shoulders will rotate and move perpindicular to the middle of the spine as the wrist cock upward, this will control the clubshaft and clubface while creating potential energy through the core.
Forward swing the sole purpose of the forward swing is to coordinate the hips, shoulders, arms and club at the highest speeds possible while maintaining good core posture.
